dairy farm life as docents demonstrate a
variety of dairy activities. Exhibits, ranging
from depiction of an early farm kitchen
to the transportation of milk and the manufacture
of dairy products, show why Sulphur Springs
is known as the Dairy Capital of Texas.
The
Hopkins County Courthouse is a favorite
of photographers and a perfect starting
point for a walking tour of downtown. Browse
antique shops and dine at restaurants around
the square. Enjoy the Mission Theater, drugstores
where everybody knows you, and barbershops
where all the problems of the world are
solved... all add to the unique flavor of
Sulphur Springs.
